Chicken Marinade Ingredients
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 Tblsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 Tsp fresh cracked black pepper
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 1 Tblsp Dijon mustard
- 4 organic chicken supremes
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir to blend flavours, add in chicken breast.
- Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes, or up to 3 hours
- Grill over medium heat, turning frequently to avoid burning
