Ingredients

  • 1 lbs trimmed fresh green beans
  • 2 tblsp capers
  • 3 tblsp whole butter
  • 2 tblsp sherry vinegar Sea salt and black pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup pistachios

 

Directions

  1. Trim and blanch the beans for 2 minute in boiling salted water. –shock in ice bath to cool
  2. In a frying pan, combine capers, pistachios, and butter- sauté over medium heat 3 minutes
  3. Add blanched bean, sherry vinegar and season with salt and pepper
  4. Cook together until liquid has reduced to glaze the beans
