Green Beans with Sherry Vinegar

Ingredients
- 1 lbs trimmed fresh green beans
- 2 tblsp capers
- 3 tblsp whole butter
- 2 tblsp sherry vinegar Sea salt and black pepper to taste
- ¼ cup pistachios
Directions
- Trim and blanch the beans for 2 minute in boiling salted water. –shock in ice bath to cool
- In a frying pan, combine capers, pistachios, and butter- sauté over medium heat 3 minutes
- Add blanched bean, sherry vinegar and season with salt and pepper
- Cook together until liquid has reduced to glaze the beans
