Vineyard Notes

Although spring was cold and bud break late, a warm and sunny June and July put the vineyard back on track. Through out the summer the vines enjoyed lots of sun- shine with few heat spikes and slightly cooler then normal weather for August. September brought sun, minimal rain and cool nights, perfect harvesting weather.

Tasting Notes

Rich and luscious with bright flavours and aromas of apple, pear and mineral with tropical notes. Complex bouquet of caramel and toffee accompany this full bodied wine. This versatile Chardonnay is ideal with food and pairs wonderfully with such fares as grilled chicken or halibut with vanilla beurre blanc.
