Vinification Notes
The nose on the 2009 Alibi is crisp and refreshing with lifted lime zest and grapefruit notes developing into complex tropical fruit aromas. The palate displays more citrus, grassiness and minerality which are typical characteristics for a sauvignon blanc. I find that this wine has great structure, a very nice mouth feel and a long smooth finish. This makes Alibi not only a fantastic wine for food but enjoyable on its own as well
