Background Solstice Gewürztraminer is made exclusively from grapes grown by Suncrest Vineyard in Okanagan Centre. Characterized by gravelly loam soils, a mild micro-climate and a steep slope towards Okanagan Lake, this is the vineyard our winery was founded and built on. Planted in 1986, the Gewürztraminer block has consistently yielded complex and flavourful wines. We are proud to have it stand alone in this single vineyard bottling. Tasting Notes Highly aromatic with perfumed, floral and tropical notes. Flavours of honey, melon and gooseberry highlight the refreshingly clean and dry palate. Food Pairing Suggestions Try it with spicy Thai or Indian dishes, smoked salmon, peppered cheeses and definitely Thanksgiving dinner.

I tried this with Turkey Dinner. It was about the fifth bottle, so this review might be a little skewed.... but it was great!
